- Nick Lewis Review added: 2018.07.20★ ★ ★ ★ ★My Wife and I recently were staying in the area and had a Taste Card. We found this pub through the TC website and decided to give it a go. The gamble was worth it, the food was glorious, lovingly prepared, served with bounds of enthusiasm and went down a treat. The new owners were very friendly and made us feel most welcome. We shall go back the next time we are in the area.
You must check out their Pie menu by the way, its an alternative to the main choices and all home made. A micro brewery is in the making too and the restaurant interior is beautiful too, with high vaulted ceilings, a bit like a tithe barn.
